I'll show you how to work smarter, not harder. After 20+ years of traditional yoga asana and sustaining injuries from my practice, I created the #BendStronger method by combining vinyasa flow, mobility, active stretch and strength training to help you practice in a more empowered, embodied, and sustainable way. It's science meets tradition in the best way. I have nearly 5,000 hours of in-person teaching experience over 14 years. On this app, I offer practices in a variety of yoga styles & class lengths: Vinyasa, Power, Restorative & Yin, plus strength training and conditioning for a variety of background and equipment available.
